"Make Everyday Earth Day" Cupcakes

Designing a cupcake like a globe is our little way to spark dialogue about global warming, especially among children who visit our shop. The global warming cupcake is also used to raise money to support clean energy technologies, tree farms, reforestation projects and educational initiatives. Proceeds have supported SustainUS, the US Youth Network for Sustainable Development, a volunteer driven organization that send youth lobby the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development and Kyoto Conference of Parties. In addition, proceeds support the Carbon Fund, a non-profit operating clean energy technologies to break the US's reliance on oil and coal. We have also made cupcake donations to events that support Al Gore's Climate Project, a citizens-based initiative educating the public about the growing threat and solutions to global warming.
