The North Pole Was HerePaying tribute to a new book by award winning author of the New York Times, lead environment reporter Andy Revkin, Little Cupcake Bakeshop created "The North Pole Was Here," a melting Artic Igloo made of sweets. The Artic Igloo drew attention to the melting effect global warming has on the millennia old ice glaciers in the North Pole. It was featured during the Polar Symposium of the American Museum of Natural History in March 2007. |
