Be Carbon Neutral™

We have been noted as the world’s first carbon neutral bakery! Carbon neutrality means we offset the amount of carbon we are unable to reduce at the store by investing in projects like tree farms which soak up carbon in proportion to our usage before it clogs the atmosphere. Our store is powered by Con Edison’s Green Solutions. This means LCB runs on wind turbine and hydro electric power.
